We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources / Quality within the hospitality sector? Join our team as an HR Intern / Trainee and play a key role in assisting to develop and improve operational procedures across our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hotel departments
- Assist the HR Consultant to work closely with Heads of Departments to document operational processes
- Create clear and structured flowcharts for SOPs
- Support in organizing and maintaining SOP documentation
- Prepare basic reports and presentations on SOP progress
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Hospitality, Quality/ Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create flowcharts (Visio/PowerPoint or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
