The General Construction Company is seeking a proactive and organised HR Development & Administrative Officer to support employee training, HR development initiatives, internships, and HR administrative functions. This role ensures smooth training coordination, HRDC compliance, and proper maintenance of training and internship records.
Coordinate and administer employee training and MQA & HRDC applications.
Maintain accurate training and internship records; track participation and hours.
Liaise with trainers, providers, and internal teams to facilitate HR activities.
Assist with HR internships, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.
Support HR events, workshops, and internal activities.
Perform general HR administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR administration, training coordination, or relevant internships.
Knowledge of HRDC training grant procedures is an advantage.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Effective communication, teamwork, and time management.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
