The job incumbent will have to assist the Human Resources Department in all HR, Payroll and administrative matters.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, perform background checks, assist in shortlisting, carry out interviews, issue employment contracts
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Provide guidance and assistance in IR matters
  • Participate in the payroll process (creation of new recruits, overtime calculations,...)
  • Process all attendance as assigned
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Organise and implement staff happiness activities
  • Keep all employee records/ employee files updated
  • Update HRIS systems on a daily basis
  • Any duties related to this position

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related post
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, honest and trustworthy
  • Fully conversant with MS office applications
