We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator who will perform all HR functions, with particular focus on Recruitment, and ensure the smooth running of the HR department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- In charge of the Recruitment & Induction fill cycle process.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities (documentation, induction schedules, system setup)
- Assist in the performance management processes.
- Assist on employee relations
- Process the day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist with HR-related events, staff engagement programs, and activities.
Requirements & soft skills:
- BSc in Human Resources, Management or any related area of study.
- At least 2 years in a Human Resources position with a hands on experience on recruitment
- Hands on experience on HRIS (Sicorax Cloud).
- Sound and up to date knowledge of labour legislation and local payroll legislation.
- Excellent command of Excel, Office (Ms) and payroll software tools.
- Excellent time management, multitasking and committed to meet tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive, dynamic personality, organised and rigorous with an eye for details.
- Ability to deal with highly-confidential information.
- Be employee service oriented.
