Responsible for assisting in all stages of the recruitment cycle, from responding to enquiries, arranging interviews and Supporting successful staff induction.
Duties
- Providing extensive administrative support.
- Organising of welfare activities for employees.
- Maintaining confidentially of sensitive matters.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
- Assisting in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
- Participate in recruitment process.
- Providing customer service to organization employees.
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Qualifications
- Bsc Management & Human Resource.
- Experience in the IT field will be an advantage.
- Must possess strong Interpersonal skills
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
