We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting, onboarding, employee record-keeping, and HR-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Employee life cycle - Be the HR point of contact for a specific region
Recruitment (Staff) - Organise schedules and prepare new hires' paperwork
Recruitment (Operators) - Assist with recruitment of operators and do field recruitment
Employee records management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
Payroll - Issue cheques and assist with payslips
Medical insurance policy - Maintain medical insurance Masterfile and process new joiners/leavers
HR Metrics - Provide data for HR reports and analysis
Welfare - Assist in organisation of welfare activities
HR projects - Assist with HR projects
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management (or any other related field)
At least 1 year of experience in an HR environment
