The Human Resources Assistant will handle the daily administrative and HR duties of the Company. Assisting the HR Manager with recruitment, record maintenance, and onboarding of staff and provide clerical support to all employees
Duties:-
- Starter and leaver administration process
- Co-ordinate induction days
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Monitor probationary periods
- Holiday and sickness reporting
- Issue offer letters and contracts to new starters and change letters (trainee to senior level)
- Provide support with regards to HR issues
- Monitor flexible working hours and overtimes
- Help HR to administer employee benefits
- Help HR to administer schemes with Government and other bodies
- Arrange for interviews
- Assist with recruitment on online platforms
- Take up and respond to reference requests or any other letter required by employees
- Assist on the CNP platform
- Assist with Employee medical scheme
- Assist with any ad hoc HR projects
Qualifications:-
- Degree or similar qualification in HR
- Minimum 2 years in HR experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a team player with strong relationship building skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with HR systems
- Proactive and solution driven
- Professional approach and excellent communication skills
- Sense of confidentiality and discretion

Remuneration
