Our organisation is looking for an experienced dynamic and passionate individual with experience dealing with international offices to manage the HR and Administrative functions

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Work closely with senior members, providing them with guidance, support and coaching on the full range of HR activities

  • Provide support to all departments for the recruitment of all staff and participate in the selection process

  • Ensure the culture and environment of the business is aligned with its mission, values and strategy to ensure employee retention

  • Promote the employer brand locally through various means

  • Implement, monitor and review company policies including Employee Handbook, Social media and other policies associated with the company

  • Provide a forum for communication between employees and the management of the company

  • Be responsible for the payroll and absence management; ensure timely payment of salaries

  • Follow up on individual development needs and arrange the necessary trainings

  • Ensure a thorough and detailed induction program for new starters

  • Promote the company’s Health and Safety policy

  • Ensure all employee records meet employment and compliance regulations

  • Provide HR Analytics through KPI’s and general reporting

  • Be responsible for the procurement of office equipment and supplies

  • Manage any travel requirements for employees coming to and from the office

  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager

  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Fluency in English – extra language would be considered an advantage

  • Experience in working with international offices

  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
