Shangri-La Le Touessrok is looking for a potential Guest Service to join the Front Office department to deliver exceptional guest service through efficient front desk operations, guest assistance, and inter-departmental coordination while maintaining hotel service standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
  • Provide information on hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations and modifications.
  • Update guest profiles and room status in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Address guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions accurately.
  • Balance cash drawers and prepare shift reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hotel sector or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest relations is an advantage.
  • Computer Literate.
Additional Requirements:
  • Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
  • Candidate should be familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Candidate should have the ability to adapt to busy periods.
