1. To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. 2. To act as a German translator between guests and the company
1. Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
2. Record and administer arrivals and departures
3. Full awareness of current daily status of Hotel
4. Thoroughly conversant with all room types, décor and outlook
5. Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals- Follow up
6. Ensure guest’s immediate requirements are catered for
7. Communicate fluently in German
8. Act as a translator between guests and the company
