In this fast‑paced creative role, you’ll design compelling visual assets for the MarCom team while managing content across the CIM website, Mo Finans App, and our digital sub‑domains. You’ll blend creativity with precision, ensuring every design and update reflects our brand at its best. From eye‑catching campaign visuals to seamless digital publishing, you’ll drive consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across all our digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visuals for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and the website.
- Design marketing and communication materials for both digital and print.
- Adapt print materials for digital use to minimise outsourcing costs.
- Update and maintain CIM’s websites, ensuring timely and accurate publication of content and campaigns.
- Lead digital publishing for all MarCom initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to maintain brand consistency.
- Contribute to digitalisation efforts with creative ideas and UX improvements.
- Stay informed on industry trends and recommend new tools to improve efficiency.
- Support daily creative needs of the MarCom team.
- Edit, upload, and optimise website content, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Conduct regular website content reviews.
- Work with MarCom to track and archive approved content on the network folder.
- Understand stakeholder needs to deliver tailored design solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Propose fresh visual ideas to elevate customer experience and engagement.
Profile
- Higher School Certificate.
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (experience in financial services is an advantage).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), basic HTML/CSS, and asset management.
