Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Junior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our project success by assisting the Site Manager with the daily operations and management of tasks. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily on-site activities.
• Helping to monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.
• Assisting in the management of on-site personnel and resources.
• Contributing to technical design reviews and problem-solving.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

What We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• A strong desire to learn and develop practical skills in a dynamic construction environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools is a plus.
