ResponsibilitiesAscertain that all deliveries are made in a timely and accurate manner, to the correct address.
Introduce self to customers and provide them with information of deliveries.
Handle carefully DCS items such as crates, carré/hangers/ boxes, trolleys etc to customers.
Obtain delivery note duly acknowledged and remit same to the assigned person in delivery section.
Provide feedback and information regarding customer remarks to your HOD on a regular basis.
Carry out collection and delivery on his own for small load and/or in pick up vans.
