GENERAL FOREMAN

To ensure the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free. The General Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, supervising and driving the work of all site operatives.

1. Elebaorate Weekly and Daily Programme of work

2. Explain technical aspects of the activites to  site teams under his control

3. Ensures availability of labour, Plant & equipment, materials are available and effectively used.

4. Drives production on site and monitor daily ouput

5 Minimise idle time on site

6. Minimise wastage on site

7. Ensures Safety and Environmental compliance

8. Comply with Quality Requirements.

9.  Motivates  Team on site.

10. Have a Do It Right First Time Attitude.
