Fund Operations Manager

We are looking for a fund manager:

• Responsible for the Mauritius operations and activities of the group's fund, working in close coordination with teams in US and India. 
• Working under the supervision of the Board and other designated individuals globally.
• Coordination and oversight of day‐to‐day matters, working alongside with the administrator: sale or purchase of investments, audits, compliance with tax, legal and regulatory affairs in Mauritius, participating in cash management including capital calls and otheractivities as directed by the Board 
• Responsible for annual/quarterly financial accounts and audits, overseeing the work of administrators as per SOPs.
• Support in taking key decisions around compliance and regulatory environment impacting  operations in Mauritius. This includes ensuring timely completion of all compliance related activities
