Front-end Developer 2

You will play a pivotal role in creating user-friendly web pages, seamlessly integrating them with back-end systems developed by our Full Stack Developers.

· Collaborate closely with Full Stack Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical specifications.

· Utilize your expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, CSS Grid layout, and CSS3 Animations), and JavaScript (including libraries like jQuery and Ajax) to develop responsive and user-friendly web pages based on design prototypes or flat designs.

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance for all front-end functionality.

· Collaborate closely with Full Stack Developers to integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and databases, creating seamless and efficient user experiences.

· Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using industry best practices and standards.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of web applications.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web solutions within established timelines and budgets.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and propose innovative ideas to enhance our web applications.

· Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications, striving for maximum speed and scalability.

· Maintain code integrity, organization, and version control using systems like Azure DevOps

SUPPORTING TASKS:

· Review and provide feedback on design prototypes to improve usability and enhance the user experience.

· Mentor and provide training to Junior Web Developers and Designers, sharing expertise and best practices to foster their professional growth and development.

· Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leads / Managers.

· Follow company protocols with regards to job delivery and completion

· Comply with all company policies and regulations.

· The employee can be asked to take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of previous projects.

· Mastery of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery, Ajax).

· Expertise in responsive web design principles and techniques.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Familiarity with UI/UX design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for web development.
