Foreman

To ensure proper running of site works including preparation of work plan schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure that the tasks are completed within the plan of work
Record all the control costs, resources and productivity on the site
Understand drawings and symbols as well as all their specifications and details
Set out construction work areas by using survey techniques and principles
Ensure that sub-contractors complete work within the scheduled program
Assist in the requisition of the procurement construction materials
Ensure proper storage of construction materials
Maintain the necessary site records
Identify and select the correct equipment
Identify priority areas for improvement
Identify workplace hazards and risks and take corrective actions in a timely manner
Determine and organise the resources required
