Duties & Responsibilities
- • Prepare and assign daily tasks to attendants based on the rota.
- • Assist with housekeeping inventories as needed.
- • Monitor arrivals, departures, and reports daily.
- • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental standards for guest satisfaction and profitability.
- • Keep diaries and handover sheets updated.
- • Monitor and prioritize cleaning assignments.
- • Conduct inspections and report maintenance issues.
- • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of serviced and public areas.
- • Coordinate linen and laundry services.
- • Oversee staff adherence to housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- • Coordinate with other departments as necessary for supplies and cleanliness.
