The Fleet & Waste Logistic Officer is responsible for planning and coordinating the company’s fleet operations and waste logistics efficiently.
This role also includes internal and external logistics planning, managing drivers, conducting on-site inspections, and coordinating bin production with the manufacturing team. The role reports directly to the Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Planning and Optimization:
- Monitor timely and accurate delivery and collection of waste, gathering feedback from the logistics team, outsourced taxi trucks, and partner delivery services.
- Develop and optimize delivery routes for both company trucks and outsourced vehicles from sources to processing sites (Mer Rouge, Jin Fei, Bagatelle), focusing on transportation time and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate collection and reporting of all logistics data related to waste collection.
- Fleet Management:
- Ensure the fleet is regularly cleaned, maintained, and kept in optimal condition through scheduled servicing and up-to-date paperwork, including insurance.
- Monitor fleet performance using GPS tracking and web applications to optimise utilisation.
- Driver Management:
- Manage the team of drivers and helpers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety regulations,
- Design and monitor driver schedules to maximize productivity and meet delivery timelines,
- Collect regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to teams and Management.
- On-site Inspections
- Perform periodic and surprise spot checks on bins and logistic operations to verify efficiency and compliance.
- Bin Production Coordination
- Plan and coordinate production of bins with the Jin Fei production team according to requests from the Manager of Collect.

- Goods Vehicle License will be an advantage
