Fintech Assistant

To execute and prepare the Dynamic Devices for merchants.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track merchant on-boarding with the different stakeholders
• Ensure bank linking till creation for merchants requiring Mobile Phones, E-com, UPI, SoundBox and Dynamic Device are made
• Ensure branding and provisioning of New Dynamic Devices
• Create and monitor dynamic linking on Wisecloud portal
• Ensure invoice of mobile phones on CRM
• Print new QRs and reprint existing QR when receiving log on clappia
• Handle issues such as phone not working or issue with dynamic devices/Sounbox
• Test device before delivering to BDO
• Manage stock of devices and Goodies such as Mobile Phones, Dynamic Device, Keypad and Soundbox
• Maintain and manage Fintech stock and re-order
• Provide support to any operational activities related to FinTech
• Work with BDO and ensure visit to solve complaints
• Liaise with BDO for deliveries of New Dynamic Devices

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum HSC Holder or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in back office

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

• Good communication skills (both French and English)
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and open for learning
