To execute and prepare the Dynamic Devices for merchants.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track merchant on-boarding with the different stakeholders
- Ensure bank linking till creation for merchants requiring Mobile Phones, E-com, UPI, SoundBox and Dynamic Device are made
- Ensure branding and provisioning of New Dynamic Devices
- Create and monitor dynamic linking on Wisecloud portal
- Ensure invoice of mobile phones on CRM
- Print new QRs and reprint existing QR when receiving log on clappia
- Handle issues such as phone not working or issue with dynamic devices/Sounbox
- Test device before delivering to BDO
- Manage stock of devices and Goodies such as Mobile Phones, Dynamic Device, Keypad and Soundbox
- Maintain and manage Fintech stock and re-order
- Provide support to any operational activities related to FinTech
- Work with BDO and ensure visit to solve complaints
- Liaise with BDO for deliveries of New Dynamic Devices
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC Holder or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in back office
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Good communication skills (both French and English)
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and open for learning
