Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will consist of managing construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
•Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
•Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
•Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
•Reporting on project progress to senior managers
•Conducting quality and safety inspections
•Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
•Maintaining quality control checks
•Coordinating teams
•Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
•Read and interpret Construction Drawings and Specification.
•Draw material requirement for work execution
•Handle and monitor quality control requirements as per company Quality Assurance Policy
•Perform setting out of Finishing work activities
•Ability to provide resource requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
•Diploma Civil Engineering
•Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel
•Minimum 5 Years of Proven Experience in similar field
Other Requisites:
•Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
•Ability to work under pressure
