Financial Reporting Officer - Heritage Resorts

We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Officer to join our team.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Preparation of weekly revenue report and weekly flash F&B costs report.

  • Assist the Financial Manager in review of the with month-end close the books and preparation of the high-level reports.

  • Analysis and document on root causes for variances arising in cost.

  • Assist in preparation of presentation for the Heritage Resorts Committee.

  • Assist in preparation of Budget and perform budgetary control.

  • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis reports as may be needed by the FM, Corporate Office and COO.
  • Participate in forthcoming IT system change with support provided to FM in ensuring that the changes are done  

  • Ad hoc assistance provided to Business units of Heritage Resorts as may be assigned by the Financial Manager.

Requirements:
  • Higher School Certificate with Accounting at “A” Level or equivalent
  • ACCA Level 1 would be an advantage
  • 2 years` working experience in financial and accounting environment
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy
