To oversee and manage the Finance Department of Casuarina Resort & Spa 4* and Le Cardinal Exclusive Resort 5* Boutique Hotel.
Key responsibilities
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard assets and revenues.
Ensure compliance with Mauritian statutory, tax and legal requirement.
Supervise purchasing, cost control, payroll and revenue audit functions.
Provide financial analysis and support to the General Manager & owners for strategic decision-making.
Profile & Qualification
Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in hospitality accounting systems and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of Mauritian tax and labour laws
High level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
