Main Responsibilities: 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local accounting standards, and maintain the general ledger with accurate transaction postings.
• Perform balance sheet, bank, Opera–ERP, and Symphony–Opera reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
• Monitor hotel revenues, costs, and key performance metrics, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements, including monthly filings (VAT, TDS, EPF) and TDS submissions for Homeowners.
• Reconcile Homeowners’ Accounts (Property Maintenance andProperty Management), verify rental expenses with the Front Office Controller, and review statements of account before issue.
• Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to process improvements and strengthened controls.

Profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified or working towards a qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within hospitality or service industries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and local financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Opera) and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
