Finance and Strategy Analyst

The Finance and Strategy Analyst will be at the heart of Cim Finances Cards and Payments financial decision-making. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability, model new business opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

His/Her insights will directly influence pricing strategies, product development, and cost optimization efforts across Cim Finances credit card and payments portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models for the acquiring and issuing teams.
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis for new business opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the Cards department.
• Prepare business presentations and perform competitor benchmarking.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business strategy formulation.
• Analyze new and existing products to enhance profitability.
• Create and manage P&L statements for the Cards and Payments business.
• Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure income and expense accuracy.
• Monitor key business metrics and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Work with Marketing, IT, and other teams to implement projects and campaigns.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction measures across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business finance or corporate finance.
• Prior experience in Banking, Credit Cards, or Payments is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
