The Company services a wide base of clients and requires a Finance Officer for their Finance Department.

 

Duties and responsibilities:
 Prepare and issue monthly invoices accurately and on time.
 Record daily accounting transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
 Monitor bank balances on a daily basis and manage cash flow effectively.
 Process payments and supplier settlements in a timely and accurate manner.
 Ensure proper and timely preparation of accounts, including reconciliations.
 Produce financial reports such as management accounts, receivables and payables
ageing, investment schedules, and fixed asset registers as required.
 Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
 Ensure timely filing of audited financial statements, VAT, tax, and other statutory
returns within prescribed deadlines.
 Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
 Safeguard confidentiality of financial information and maintain proper filing systems.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
 Perform any other finance-related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Candidate requirements:
- ACCA Level 2 completed
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the relevant field
