Finance Manager

Logidis Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of Logidis Ltd.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support long-term business decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure robust internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning for key investments.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
• Partner with operations and procurement to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Manage inventory and stock control processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management for business growth and risk mitigation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or ACCA qualified.
• More than 8 years of experience as Finance Manager and/or Accountant preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
