Finance Manager dealing with Accounting, auditing, tax, regulatory and finance matters for the Hertshten Group.
Hertshten Group Limited is part of a Global group with its HQ based in Mauritius and operations in India, London, Israel and Canada. The Group is engaged in trading on the deriavtives markets, real estate, insurance , investments in high growth areas.
Details on the profile of the candidiate we are looking for are as follows:
Experience: 5 years post qualification experience in Accounting & Auditing; Mauritius and International tax and transfer pricing; Global structuring; and Financial services regulations.
Qualification and skills: Qualified Accountant, critical thinker with good interpersnal skills and excellent time and project management skills. The candidate should be proficient at Ms Excel.
Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounting and auditing matters; Engaging in tax affairs; Assisting in structuring and regulatory matters; supporting group finance.
Reporting: Direct reporting to the Group CFO based in London and to the Financial Controller based in Mauritius.
