Imperium Services is currently recruiting for one of its sister company - Perigeum Capital.

Why the role exists

Our project pipeline spans business plans, feasibility studies, financial modelling, valuations, due-diligence mandates, and debt / equity raises. We need a sharp Finance Analyst who can plug straight into live engagements and level-up our analytical firepower.

What you’ll do

• Model & Analyse – Design and stress-test 3-statement and DCF models, scenario analyses, cap-table waterfalls, and debt-service coverage across diverse sectors.
• Value Businesses – Execute valuation work (DCF, comparable multiples, precedent transactions) and draft concise valuation reports.
• Interrogate Data – Cleanse and interrogate client data sets; translate findings into insights that influence investment and lending decisions.
• Build Narratives – Help craft bank-ready pitch decks, info memos, business plans, and feasibility studies that balance story with numbers.
• Due Diligence Support – Assist in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence: red-flag analysis, Quality of Earnings, working-capital, etc.
• Deal Execution – Prepare marketing lists, manage data rooms, track Q&A logs, and liaise with investors, lenders, and advisors.
• Stay Current – Monitor market multiples, macro trends, and regulatory shifts; feed insights into models and client briefings.

What you bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in corporate finance, transactions services, investment banking, or top-tier audit / advisory.
• Strong command of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good understanding and knowledge of IFRS, valuation theory, and credit fundamentals.
• Confidence to run with deliverables but humility to ask when unsure.
• Crisp written and verbal communication: able to translate complexity into digestible concepts/findings for clients and directors.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects and accounting/financial accreditation (completed or on track), such as ACA, ACCA, CFA.
