Our client is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Manager who will report to the General Manager. The incumbent will oversee the financial activities and will play a crucial role in the financial strategy and administrative of the company reporting financial data to management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead finance team and the regular accounting activities of the business.
- Participate in internal and external audit assignments of the organisation.
- Budget preparation and monitoring.
- Financial data analytics.
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of the monthly financial close.
- Implement projects as and when required.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team to support decision-making and business growth.
Profile:
- Accounting and finance tertiary qualification and / or ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge and experience of statutory government requirements.
- Sound knowledge in Tax.
- General knowledge of the SAP system.
