Finance & Accounts Officer (2348-FAO)

Our client is seeking to recruit for the position of Listing Compliance Coordinator who will report to the Head of Listing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the admission of companies on the Official Market and on the Development and Enterprise Market (DEM).
• Monitor compliance of companies on the Official Market and the DEM with regards to continuing listing obligations.
• Monitoring of Annual Reports and Accounts, Preliminary and Interim Reports , dividend announcements.
• Review and approval of documents in relation to equity and debt securities, public announcement , notifiable transactions.
• Dissemination of price sensitive information and other company announcements to the Trading Department in a timely manner.
• Record, classify and summarise financial transactions and events in accordance with established procedures.
• Apply a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the provision of guidance and advice on the application of the Listing Rules and the DEM Rules to companies and their advisers.
• Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis.
• Assist in the investigation of potential breaches of the Listing Rules by issuers and their directors.
• Assist in research work undertaken by the Listing Division.

Profiles:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Financial Services would be an advantage.
