Job Profile

The Front Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings and client inquiries, supporting sales and social media activities, performing administrative and facility-quality tasks, and assisting with events to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for members and visitors at Caña.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and information to club visitors & clients and effectively as per the Standard of Procedures
  • Assist in the smooth running of the club’s operations where all aspects of the guest and players visit and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • Record payments on the dedicated system and ensure that cash handling procedures are followed strictly
  • Participate in achieving daily sales target of the club’s sport items
  • Relay calls to the concerned personnel
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls on behalf of the relevant personnel, as required.
  • Communicate whenever necessary with personnel who are using cellular phones
  • Ensure that all registered or express mail is treated as per requirements by filing the appropriate records and making follow up thereafter
  • Receipt of letters from the postman and reporting promptly to reporting line
  • Receive and despatch  letters/faxes/parcels within the company’s departments whenever required
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure all front office activities are carried out in accordance with established standards.

 Candidate profile:

  •  Minimum HSC or equivalent required
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience in a club, or hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Courteous, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
