Supervise the Mise-en-place to ensure the readiness of the restaurant to welcome and serve the guests.
Duties and ResponsibiltiesÂ
- Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, be responsible for the daily organisation and planning.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygienic norms before each service.
- Supervise the Mise-en-place to ensure the readiness of the restaurant to welcome and serve the guests.
- Supervise the service to maintain the quality standard according to the norms established by the hotel.
- Assign duties to Supervisors, Chef de Rang, Barmen, waiters.
Candidate Profile
- School Certificate
- Holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management would be an advantage.
- Have at least 3 years of revelant experience.
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
- Possess good organisational and planning skills.
- Be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
