One of our client in the Funeral Industry is looking for a Fleet Coordinator.
The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the organisation vehicle fleet.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage fleet vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including licensing, registration, insurance, and accident reports.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to optimize vehicle utilisation.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and ensure timely deployment to various departments.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, costs, and usage metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- HSC.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- 1 Year Experience in Fleet Management.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite would be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge on Road Safety Act.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
