• Ensure accurate and timely postings of invoices and other related documents 
• establish and enforce procedures, maintain control over payables and receivables.
• carry out creditors and debtors validation and reconciliations
• maintain control sheet over accruals, payables and receivables 
• maintain petty cash registration
