* Check buffet set up/cleanlinees/presentation and completeness * Verify tags: correct labelling/allergen info and language accuracy. * Welcome guest during breakfast and assist with needs or feedback. * Ensure smooth service in coordination with the service and kitchen team.

 

Verify lunch and dinner menu with chef + tags
Ensure the menu and tags information are correctly communicated to Restaurant Mgr of Ass F&B Mgr.
Cross-check menu,reprint if needed and deliver to person corncern.
To do internal audit 2 times a week according (SGS OR HAACP)
Prepare CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) report.
Analyse trend and identify recurring issues.
Raise issues to F&B Mgr and teams.
Highlight critical feedback.
Propose action plan for resolution.
Follow up for the upcoming events
Confirm event details (menu,guest count,set up).
Coordinate with kitchen and service team.
Follow up of PR (Purchase Request)
Ensure timely approvals and deliveries
Communicate with CPO if delays occur.
Monitors F&B related emails.
Respond urgent request.
Flag important updates to the manager.
