To provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, involve in foreign procurement and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.
A recognised qualifcation in Secretarial duties, office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and French).
Manage the executive calender, appointments. Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda and take accurate minutes.
Foreign Procurement.
Maintain filings system and ensure all records are up to date.
Monitor deadlines, follow up and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist with administrative and project support required.
