The candidate will be responsible for the estimation of MS Facilities
Responsibilities:
•Estimate quantity of materials, prepare quotations and costing for tenders
•Carry out site surveys as and when required
•Take off quantities from plans and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
•Maintain and update a pricing database for equipment and materials
•Create and update clients’ data on computerized system
•Prepare claims for all maintenance jobs & projects
•Attend to site for evaluation of works
•Monitor cost on on-going projects and prepare cost reports
Qualifications:
•Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Technical Field
•Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel
•Ability to use procurement & computerised software software
•Minimum 1 year of proven experience in estimating
