We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding and Social Media Specialist to join our team at the Head Office, Constance Hospitality Management.

 

Main Purpose:

This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employer branding, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and expertise in content creation.

This position reports to and works closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support the overall talent acquisition and employer branding strategy. Additionally, the role involves generating content for recruitment platforms, our careers page, and adapting communication strategies across channels based on target audiences. The incumbent will engage in daily collaboration with the E-Business department to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the responsibility of the Head of Talent Acquisition, support and implement recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Communication and E-Business teams to ensure alignment and consistency of employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that our campaigns are in line with our brand image.
  • Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and written posts, for various social media platforms to showcase our company culture and career opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including content planning, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
  • Support the internal stakeholders according to their recruitment need and tailor marketing efforts accordingly (job adverts, recruitment campaigns, creative videos, etc)
  • To support Constance Hospitality Training Center's needs, creating content to attract new students.
  • Develop and execute innovative internal recruitment initiatives, designed to foster employee engagement, retention, and career advancement. Create captivating and inspiring campaigns that resonate with employees, encouraging their active participation and fostering a sense of belonging within the organization.
  • Create visuals tailored to each recruitment destination and challenge to effectively communicate opportunities and attract diverse talent.
  • Generate content for recruitment platforms, our careers page, and other relevant channels to provide comprehensive information and attract potential candidates.
  • Customize content creation and communication strategies based on target audiences and recruitment channels, ensuring messages resonate effectively.
  • Adapt communication strategies across channels based on target audiences to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to promote job openings and employer brand initiatives.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in recruitment, social media, and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
