Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with regulations and safety standards.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using appropriate testing devices.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to reduce downtime.
Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies or breakdowns.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments for coordinated operations.
Recommend energy-efficient solutions and improvements to existing systems.
National Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Electrician (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Valid Electrical License (where applicable).
