The ERP Data Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and alignment of operational data within the company’s ERP system.

 

RESPONBILITIES:

Data Management and ERP System Coordination

  • Create, update, and manage data in Winrest according to customer specifications (e.g., flight setups, loading plan and service configurations).
  • Maintain and monitor the Purchase Book and supplier database
  • Perform regular audits of the ERP system to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support the digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with the IT department and the Unit Manager.

ERP System Management

  • Act as a key user for Winrest ERP, ensuring smooth system functioning and liaising with the Winrest support team when necessary.
  • Propose and support system improvement initiatives to align with operational needs.
  • Manage user role and profile data base in the system.
  • Ensure when necessary proper cleaning of database.

Field Operations Support

  • Conduct regular field visits to verify that operational activities align with system data and procedures.
  • Provide hands-on support to operational teams, ensuring the correct application of best practices in data capture and usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues directly on-site to minimize operational disruptions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze existing data management processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices and group standards.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing data accuracy, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and interpret operational and performance reports using Winrest Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree (Bsc) or equivalent in Business administration, operations management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in hospitalty, catering, or inflight catering industries
  • Strong analitical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in ERP System
  • Customer centric approach
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
