We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-driven Duty Manager to join our team and oversee hotel operations during the afternoon shift.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shift

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction at all times

  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally

  • Supervise and support operational teams across departments

  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

  • Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry (hotel environment preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of guest experience and satisfaction standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work evenings, Sundays, and Public Holidays
