We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-driven Duty Manager to join our team and oversee hotel operations during the afternoon shift.
Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shift
Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction at all times
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Supervise and support operational teams across departments
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management
Proven experience in the hospitality industry (hotel environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of guest experience and satisfaction standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings, Sundays, and Public Holidays
