We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver & Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the stores, transport employees, ensure the timely delivery and collection of materials and documents, and provide general support to the Company’s operations.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver & Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the stores, transport employees, ensure the timely delivery and collection of materials and documents, and provide general support to the Company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the stores (handling materials deliveries and collection, etc.)

• Pick up and drop off employees as per assigned schedules 

• Collect and deliver materials, documents, and equipment as required

• Ensure proper handling and recording of all collections and deliveries

• Drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Remain available for early starts or late finishes, depending on operational requirements (occassionally on Sundays and Public Holidays)

• Report any vehicle issues promptly and follow up on maintenance schedules

• Support administrative errands and messenger duties when required

Candidate Profile

• Valid driver’s license (manual & automatic)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations

• Responsible, reliable, and punctual

• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings

• Good communication skills in French and English

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a professional attitude
