Overview of the Role 🔍

To ensure the safe and professional transport of guests while delivering a high standard of hospitality and maintaining well-presented vehicles.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Safely transport guests and visitors to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience for all passengers.

• Maintain a courteous, professional, and service-oriented demeanour at all times, in line with the hotel’s hospitality standards.

• Perform daily vehicle checks, including fuel levels, oil, tyre pressure, lights, and overall cleanliness, prior to each trip.

• Keep all assigned vehicles clean, polished, and presentable at all times.

• Ensure that all necessary vehicle documentation (e.g., insurance, road tax, fitness certificates) is valid and up to date.

• Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays to the appropriate supervisor.

• Assist other hotel departments as needed to support overall operations.

• Communicate effectively in both English and French, with strong interpersonal skills.

• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and display a polite and discreet attitude.

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯

• 2+ years in a similar driving role, ideally in hospitality

• Valid bus driving license

• Fluent in English and French

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and local routes
