DRAUGHTSMAN

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic person with interpersonal skills for the above-mentioned opportunity in the Land Unit department situated at Union Flacq.

The candidate will report to the Land Surveyor. 

Duties & responsibilities

•             Generate survey plans and individual extract of survey plan

•             Generate thematic maps on land ownership and projects

•             Effect ownership and other legislations researches at relevant institutions, Ministries or authorities

•             Draw up plan for PIN application and “site plan de vente” as per current legislation

•             Generate any associated documents needed for various application ( Land conversion application, BLUP, … etc ) as required

•             Filing up the necessary application forms ( hard copy and online ) as might be required

•             Following up progress of relevant applications as will be instructed

Qualifications

•             Higher School Certificate

•             Computer literate + well versed in the use of AutoCAD software

•             Knowledge in Geographic Information System (GIS) and other land surveying & processing packages will be an advantage

Experience

•             Past experience in draughtsman position associated to land surveying field
