Reporting to the Senior Chef, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the Kitchen.
What you will be doing:
Perform thorough cleaning of the main kitchen area.
Clean all cookware, utensils, and serving plates.
Handle cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment and tools.Clean grill and oven thoroughly.
Ensure regular and effective cleaning of the air extractor.
Monitor and maintain personal hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of both the pastry section and kitchen throughout the day.
Clean and sanitize the chill room and cold room.
Properly place and arrange vegetables and fruits on designated shelves upon delivery.
Remove kitchen waste bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.
Wash and sanitize all bins after every use.
Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned, in line with the daily operations of the kitchen.
What are we looking for?
Minimum form 4.
Minimum 1- 2 experience in similar post.
Food Handler’s certificate.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
