The Digital & Social Media Executive will manage, execute, and optimise Groupe Saint Aubin’s digital presence across all platforms, ensuring strong engagement, brand consistency, and performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Groupe Saint Aubin’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including community management and message handling
- Create, publish, and adapt engaging content (captions, visuals, videos, reels) aligned with brand guidelines
- Plan and manage a monthly social media content calendar in collaboration with internal teams
- Execute and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) within allocated budgets
- Update website content and apply basic SEO best practices
- Monitor performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare monthly digital reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals
- Experience managing content calendars and websites (WordPress)
- Creative mindset with strong writing skills (English & French; Creole is an advantage)
- Organised, detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Experience managing multi-brand or group portfolios is a strong advantage
