Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Lead and support the digital marketing team across web, CRM, social media, and paid media activities.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and encourage continuous learning and development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and suppliers.
  • Oversee reporting, analysis, and optimizations across all digital campaigns.

Website & App Management

  • Oversee the management of corporate and e-commerce websites (WordPress / WooCommerce or relevant CMS).
  • Ensure high-performing landing pages are built and maintained for both mobile and desktop.
  • Manage the Grays Mobile App, ensuring content is updated regularly and aligned with business priorities.
  • Utilize HTML/CSS for minor web updates and technical improvements when necessary.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and supervise integrated social media and paid campaigns for various brands.
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of newsletters, automated workflows, and CRM campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and performance-driven campaign optimizations.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful digital brand presence across platforms.

Loyalty Program Marketing

  • Oversee the end-to-end marketing and communication of the Grays Club loyalty program.
  • Coordinate messaging across digital channels to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and automation technologies.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Drive a culture of testing, learning, and optimization within the team.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of website and e-commerce CMS platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce).
  • Experience managing mobile applications and digital ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo).
  • Deep understanding of digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and campaign analytics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital best practices.
