Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with brand coordinators and specialists to develop a comprehensive digital content plan.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Create, implement, and manage digital campaigns, including meta-ad management, aligned with the content plan.
  • Help in the creation of relevant landing pages on websites owned by Grays Inc
  • Support various areas of Media Marketing, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget for brands, optimizing spend for meta-ad campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with all business units to understand their digital marketing needs, particularly concerning meta-ad campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategies to fulfil these needs while maintaining brand consistency.

Content Creation:

  • Utilize tools like Canva and Adobe creative suite to create visually appealing and compelling graphics and visuals for meta-ad campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, both digital and print, to support various marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity for Grays Inc. and its brands across all digital touchpoints.

Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels and meta-ad interactions, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Foster positive interactions and build relationships with our online community.

Newsletter Creation:

  • Develop and write engaging content for newsletters, including meta-ad campaign highlights.
  • Coordinate with various teams to gather relevant information and updates.

  • Analytics Proficiency: Strong skills in using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data platforms to measure and interpret campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conducting experiments to optimize content, ads, and other marketing elements for better performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns.

Consumer Insight & Behavior

  • Consumer Psychology: Understanding consumer motivations and behavior, particularly in the context of the FMCG sector.
  • Market Research: Conducting and interpreting research to gain insights into market trends and consumer needs.
  • Customer Segmentation: Ability to segment the audience effectively for targeted marketing strategies.

Creative & Content Development

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Copywriting: Crafting compelling, persuasive copy for various digital platforms.
  • Visual Content Creation: Understanding of visual content needs, including basic graphic design or video editing skills.

Technical Proficiency

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar for managing website content.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of online retail strategies, particularly relevant for FMCG products.

  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing budgets across various digital marketing channels.
