Digital Content Writer

 

Our client is looking to recruit a Digital Content Writer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and resonates with our target audience. create content calendars, timelines, and distribution plans for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Produce compelling, relevant, and SEO-friendly content across different platforms. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimized for search engine visibility, and performance.
  •  Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
  • Audience Research: Conduct through audience research to understand their preferences, interests, and pain points. Use these insights to create content that resonates with target audience, and drives meaningful interactions.
  • SEO and Analytics: Apply SEO best practices to content and social media posts to improve organic reach and performance. Regularly analyze content, and social media metrics to gain insights, and make date-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  •  Content Distribution and Promotion: plan and execute content distribution strategies to expand our reach and attract a wider audience. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry leaders for content promotion and amplification.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience on social media. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and engage with followers to build a loyal and enthusiastic community.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with graphic designers and agencies to create compelling content, and creative campaigns.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, and social media management. Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance our digital strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experiences as a Content Strategist and Social Media Manager in a digital marketing setting.
  • Strong Understanding of content marketing principles, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and social media campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Data-driven approach to content strategy, social media management, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently drive initiatives.
